Herbal Powders
OK, so I want to order some herbal powders to add to conditioners, henna and such. I know I'm going to get Hibiscus and marshmallow root 'cause I've heard such great things about both. But I'm a novice mixtress and I'd like some suggestions as to what powders I should buy as a beginner... So what powders do you use?
Re: Herbal Powders
Hi Amy V,
I've used rosemary, hibiscus and marshmallow root in my hot oil mix. What I usually do is warm the oil on the stove with the herbs on low for a half hour and allow it to cool. Rebottle it and warm it when needed. I hope this helps.

I use Amla, Brahmi and Maka to make a conditioning hair paste. I also use hibiscus and camomile to make a spritz.
