Experiencing thinning temple hair and Henna

Has anyone experienced thinning temple hair while using henna?

When you see grey hair under the henna - you know your hair's growing.

I'm trying to determine why it won't stop breaking.

Hmmm....the henna process does create stress on the hair line. It's a lot of manipulation by the time you clarify, apply the henna, rinse, wash etc. I would give it a rest for a while. When's the last time you had a trim? There's nothing I can do to stop breakage if I let more than 8 weeks pass between trims.

Henna can cause hair to be very dry, so it's important that you deep condition (DC). Did you DC after using the henna? I would also suggest DC weekly to see if there is any change with the hair at your temples.

Yes, I deep condition after each henna tx, a friend also suggested that I give the henna a rest and just accept the grey!
