Creams vs Oil
Hey ladies!
Quick question. What factors determine if you use a cream or an oil for your leave in? For example, I spray a conditioner and water mixture into my hair and then use EVOO over it. This is ALL I ever do and I'm wondering if I'm missing out on something? Should I incorporate a leave in cream? What do ya'll think?

I think you'll be fine. I was told by my stylist you can also use your conditoner as your leave in. Don't always have to buy products that are labeled LEAVE IN conditioner on the bottle. Your mixture sounds good.

what you are doing sounds ok if your hair is responding well. less is always best.

If what you are using is working for you, then keep doing that. If you think your hair needs more, then change up your water/conditioner ratio.

Well it works, but I just personally like a creamy leave-in. I have Herbal Essence Hydralicious and Yes To Tomatoes, I think after I spray my hair I'll apply one of those as a leave in and see how things fare. I have noticed though that when I leave conditioner in my wet hair it kinda lathers, I don't like that. lol

yeah I say if it's working, don't worry about it but if you want to try a creamy, go for it.
