Article - keep hair moisturized

I do not know how much of this is true but I thought I would share. The is the first time I have ready about how much moisture (percent wise) is needed for hair. I do not know how they came to the conclusion that our hair needs to be at 15% moisture but I am going to look into it more. We already know most of the stuff in the article anyway.

Not sure about the numbers but I have read years ago that African American women have really dry hair.
