I've done one called The Master Cleanse aka the lemonade diet. I suggest reading the book:

The Master Cleanser with Special needs and Problems
by Stanley Burroughs.

I did this cleanse about 2 yrs ago and I actually have been considering doing it again. You can also look on YouTube for people that have or are currently doing it.
