Leave in conditioner and moisturizer
Can I use a leave in conditioner to moisturize my hair? Do I need to use a moisturizer and a leave in? Help :-)
Re: Leave in conditioner and moisturizer
Honestly Kimc, only you can answer that question. I've used the Kimmaytube leave in and sealed with a little oil and it kept my hair moisturized for about 2 days.
Now that it is getting colder, I use a leave in and a moisturizer. I would suggest try using the leave in conditioner only and see how it works.

I was going to say the same thing, your hair will tell you. I especially use both in the winter which can be bitter in NJ
Re: Leave in conditioner and moisturizer
Personally I either leave in some of my rinse out conditioner. Or I use my daily moisturizer as a leave in. I don't tend to buy things anymore that are specifically called leave in conditioner. It seems redundant. However, I must say that my hair is more fine than coarse so I don't like a lot of product. A leave in might be a worthwhile product and step for more thick and coarser hair textures.
Test it out and see if your how your hair responds to your leave in as a moisturizer. Good luck!
