How long?

Ok, I am a newbie to henna. And I am getting ready for my first application. I was wondering how long should I wait in between henna treatments? Can you henna too much?

I henna every 2 weeks!

I just did my first henna treatment about 3 weeks ago and because Im sooo anxious to get healthier, stronger, longer hair, I've been considering doing the henna treatments every 2 weeks or at least twice a month for the next 6 months. I can tell that its going to do really well, just from the results of the first treatment. I was wondering the same thing too...how much is too much? But then I saw where some of the ladies on here mentioned that they do it every 2 weeks and maybe twice a month...so I figured "okay, I can try that"...at least for now since Im new to Henna!

@NylaCoils How long have you been Henna'ing? What differences have you noticed in your hair?

It all depends on your hair really. There are some people who henna once a week and are fine, but for a few that might make their hair feel a bit too dry. HTH!
