I hear a lot of people talk about Giovanni Direct leave in, and I almost bought it at target once but it was too expensive for me. Trader Joe's Tea Tree Tingle conditioner has almost the exact same ingredients as Giovanni, but I heard its a knock off, so its a lot cheaper. I use it because Its only $4 for a good sized bottle. I love it for leave in as well. It has great slip, and its all natural.

Yes to Cucumbers is a staple of mine... The slip is out of this world!!! Tresemme Naturals is good too - plus it's relatively cheap :-)

Yes, I will be trying that. I am so excited. Thank you!

For me, the trick is to detangle under the shower stream. The water + the condish helps to melt the tangles away. I use a wide tooth shower comb or my modified denman.

Ditto freckledmom4! Detangling under the shower stream with a good slippy condish has saved me loads of hair!!

Am I the only one who hated Yes to Cucumbers? i guess it was OK for moisture, but it was absolutely AWFUL for me as a detangler. It had absolutely no slip.

Thank you and I still haven't tried the cucumber one. I am using the tomato one and it seems to work well.

Hey freckledmom4 *waving* hope all is well. I see that are you doing really good! How did you modify your denman? Did you remove a row of "teeth" and how did you do it? I'm debating about getting one. I usually do pretty good with my wide tooth and my Giovanni SAS Deeper Moisturizer, but I want to make sure I get all the tangles out.

Hey girl! Yeah, I removed every other row. I never tried it with all the teeth because I got scared, but I really like it better than the comb. How is your journey coming along?
