Merry Christmas Eve everyone! I have so much to do today. I have to clean up, wash clothes, grocery shop, and possibly start cooking side dishes so that I don't have to be bothered with it tomorrow. My father in law is coming tomorrow and while I look forward to seeing him I do not looking forward to the preparation for his visit.

In other news I am excited to learn that a product I'm dying to try, My Honey Child Olive You has a store in Raleigh, NC which is not that far from me. YAY!

Merry Xmas I am gassed...in a few hours I will be getting my second BC!

I leave for the airport in two hours! So excited to see my mom and dad and my puppy! I miss them so much! Viva Las Vegas for the holidays! I get to spend NYE on the Vegas strip too! But first thing on my agenda when I touch down in Vegas tonight????......................In n Out Burger. #fatgirlswag

Five different people have insisted that I start my locs NOW. But I still wanna wait another two months. Even The Fiancee' said I should start them now...this is peer/spouse pressure of another kind!

Its been YEARS since I woke up earlier than 9 on Christmas. My boyfriend's family invited me to their Christmas Breakfast tomorrow. They live in Timmonsville which is about 35 minutes from Sumter. His grandmother lives right up the street from me, so I'm supposed to ride with her to his house tomorrow. Guess what time I have to be ready????

6:30am!

Mind you...I don't go to bed until 3. Let's see how this works out.

i feel for you!! Im a night owl too and we are leaving for Columbia 2morrow early sooo i guess im in the same boat...

I walked home from the train station (trains were STILL RUNNING) in the middle of the street in what would've passed as a ghost town. This is in addition to wading through WAIST DEEP SNOW in the courtyard of my apartment complex--because management won't pay staff to shovel before they leave for the night (at 9pm).

So yeah! Fun times! (NOT.)

Mika I am happy you got home safely! my honey had to go out there and I held my breathe until he returned...the snow up to his thighs! geesh!

Thank you Sweet! If I was five years old again, schelping through that mess would've been fun. But I'm 28 and cynical so...NO.

I love finger coils! It even worked on my relaxed hair. When I do my BC in April, I'll definitely make this my go-to. Right now it's shoulder length so it looks like Shirley Temple curls, but I'm just soo excited about going natural...I can't say enough! Hurry up April!

OMG, THEY REALLY DON'T WASH THEIR HANDS. I went in the bathroom and 2 girls just left the stalls and the bathroom like it was no one's business.... so nasty.

Or they let their pets eat from their utinsels..... there was someone at my job who would cook and there would be dog hair in the food

OMG that reminds me of the potlucks at my previous job! We were very careful to know who made what cuz some of us weren't going to eat everyone's cooking. One lady was a big advocate of letting dogs put their face on the kitchen table and licking her food. Another was always licking her fingers and not washing her hands. She'd eat pudding with a spoon and when she was done she'd use her finger to wipe out the rest and lick it off her finger! Straight nasty!!

OOhhh... Please stop... just thinking about everyone's experiences is making me sick to my stomach!!!!

I am just so glad I was taught not to eat just anyone's cooking....ughhh...
