What did you buy in August?

I know it is only the second day of August, but my PJism is in full effect. I ordered yesterday, cocoa, mango and shea butter from ButtersnBars as well as 2 hair buttes and one gel from Koils by Nature.

I really have to stop with this. I barely know what works in my hair. What i do know so far is that Kimmaytube LI and Eco-custard are a keeper for me. Also Set it Free seems to be helping with the humidity.



I have all kinds of stuff under my sink and i just dont know if i will ever use some of it.

oh yes, i forgot!I plan on buying Kinky curly knot today hahaah I'm so desperate to try that but its tough as a broke college student.

I plan on doing my BC TONIGHT!! so thats why i went out to but a denman, gel, and shears!!! Im sooo excited and kinda nervous

I totally agree! Since I'm new to being natural, I had many reasons for doing it. One was that I couldn't keep up with the cost of getting perms because I always had my professionally done, therefore spending 80 bucks every two months. Since I've gone natural I have money for everything and my hair is not a major part of my budget anymore and, I have that additional 80 bucks. Heck 20 dollars to a college kid is like a million dollars haha( well to me), I can stretch it for two weeks if i have to LOL. But for anyone this economic crisis is really screwing up everyone.

Yes to Cucumbers! Ross had them for 99 cents (mis-priced) and the lady gave them to me for that price anyway! I got 7 bottles of YTCarrots, 5 bottles of YTCucumbers, and 9 bottles of YTT! My total was only $24. I'm good til the end of the year!! Lol

I bought some new headbands and barrettes, also some SheaMoisture spritz hold, Organic Root Stimulator Lock &Twist Gel and i plan on going to the heath food store to get some coconut oil.

Well I'm waiting till tax free (trying to save some money even if its only a couple of cents) but I will be buying....Aubrey Organics HoneySuckle Conditionder, Trader Joe's Tea Tree Tingle Shampoo and Conditioner, Bee Mine Moisturizer and maybe some hello hydration maybe....Note: I bought a whole regimen set last month...I'm Goin Crazy!!
