hot oil treatment

hey girls
so i've never done a hot oil treatment before - is it simply heating oil, applyiing it to your hair and scalp, wrapping it up and then shampooing as normal?

Yes Ma'am, you got it! I was doing mine with olive oil and then putting a plastic cap on it. I leave it on until whenever. But this time I purchased a Queen Helene three pack of hot oil treatments. My hair took all three tubes. I like (my hair likes) the store bought ones better that the homemade ones.
