So, I did my first twist out...

AND IT WAS A COMPLETE SUCCESS!!!!

Believe me, no one was more surprised than me*
I was convinced that the 2 and a half hours it took me to twist this cauldron of corkscrews on my head would prove futile--boy, was I wrong*

Asilia showed up and out today, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I was telling my friend that it's almost like a preview to what my hair will look like in February (which will be a year since my BC). I love it. It's full, my curls are noticeably elongated and it wasn't difficult at all.



...I almost don't want to go to sleep, for fear I'll ruin it! (no seriously)* lol

Welcome Sasha and i love the name Asilia! I just BCd myself last month and so far am really enjoying the journey. Your BC picutre is beautiful. Your smile lights up the picture. I used to live in Alaska years ago when i first came into the AF. I was stationed at Elmendorf and LOVED it!! I have been wanting to come back ever since but have not made it! I will get there again!
