Twist Out vs. Flat Twist Empty Twist Out vs. Flat Twist

Good afternoon Ladies.

Flat Twist or Twist out? Which one do your prefer and why? I do both. But I find Twist Out give me more definition.

I used to do flat twist-outs, but I got lazy and now I just do regular twists. I like the wavy look that the flat twists give, but for me they are harder to do. Plus, I have a lot more hair than I used to and my fingers cramp up!
