Weekly Update

Fitness Journey

I am happy to report I completed Couch to 5k today!!! I graduated!!!! My first 5k is on the 16th then another one on the 23rd!!! I'm so excited!!! bounce

In hair news...
Yesterday was WASH DAY!!

Prepoo - AO GPB conditioner for 15 min no heat

Shampoo - KBB Conditioning Shampoo

Condition/Detangle - Aussie Moist and Tresemme Naturals (Ran out of Aussie Moist Shocked

- I will be purchasing the big bottle with the pump next)

Deep Conditioned (30 minutes with heat) with a mixture I found on YouTube - creamy conditioner, avocado oil, honey, coconut oil, castor oil - This is a GREAT way to get rid of conditioners that dont work that well. I used Garnier Triple Nutrition for my conditioner.

Applied modified Kimmaytube leave in, coconut oil, and my shea butter mix and band my hair. Sat under the dryer for about 20 minutes to speed up drying time. Next time I will plop before I add my products.

Before bed, I took the bands off and braided my hair and pinned it up (couldnt go to the gym with my hair banded LOL!)

Today I put mini twist in and it took a loooooonnnnnggggg time!!

So here are some pics....

Last Friday I took my pin up twist do down and ended up with FABULOUS HAIR!!!

Saturday night, I decided to try Naptural85's twist technique/method again. I was successful this time. I loved how big my hair was!!!

Those twists took you 5 - 6 hours, you have to leave them for a while! They look amazing!

Those mini twists are nice. I agree you've got to leave them in for a while. Remember to take them out before they begin to loc....You can do so many things with you hair like this. (I'm sure you know that already)

ooooh la la!! love the update and as i zoomed in the back of ur head i can clearly tell ur doin a good job w/moisturizing! i literally reached my hand out thinkin i was gonna fondle the back of ur head Shocked
