I've been working out for a year now, 4-5 days a week for 45 mins to an hour and watching my portion sizes. I still enjoy the foods I love but in moderation.

Actually in the first pic you don't look like you need to lose weight but you look fantastic in the second! I have got to get on my game and start working out too!

Were you completely committed to your plan for one year? Or most of the time anyway? If so, how did you STAY committed and consistent? lol.

I stuck with working out the entire year. I only made it about half way with eating really healthy. I still watch my portion sizes but I have gotten carried away with the junk food lately. I try to burn at least 400-500 calories each time I work out.

Thanks for the inspiration. I'm in the process of losing weight now. I burn about 600, but its difficult to make time with a busy school schedule but I'm determine. One of my friends (a guy) told me I was falling off. He said I gained weight. I know he takes things overboard, but that hurt my feelings. Falling off means you dont care about your appearance and I do, but that just hurt so now I'm determined

Aww gyrl don't let that get u down. He coulda been a little more considerate with the way he said things, but being a friend of yours, I'm sure he didn't mean it to hurt your feelings. Always remember taking that first step is always an accomplishment n itself. CONGRATS TO YOU!!!
