Hey Dva, I've used the Black Cherry about a month ago. I meant to grab the Cherry Cola bc I wanted serious red like back in my permie days, but I still liked the Black Cherry. Can't wait to see pics. I hope it turns out how you want it.

Hey Curly Divas,

My past week has been soooooo busy. Things at work are so crazy but I'm so thankful to have a job that I refuse to complain. Enuff said about work.

I was supposed to or thought I would be able to make the DMV meetup last Saturday but that was a bust. I had a work commitment that I thought was rescheduled required my attendance.

Anyway, I have to get busy checking up on everyone's thread. Being off here a week feels like I've missed out for months.

There isn't anything special going on with my hair. I have been keeping it twisted 90% of the time. I wore flatwists from last Sunday til Thursday. I wore it out on Friday. I'll be twisting it back up on Sunday.

I smiled when I looked at the posts here asking about the Jazzing. I totally punked out. I'm scared. I am worried that my hair will turn some funk, weiard color. I'm not ready to deal with that. Yes, I wimped out so there isn't any update on the rinse just yet. I'm going to let my grow out some more, trim and then focus on some color (rinse or otherwise).

Hope everyone's been well. Off to catch up, see what's going on...

Hey JnB. I didn't go through with it. I was too worried about having a bad result with the indigo in my hair. I'm going to wait it out.

I can't say anything about henna/indigo now because of my situation with the hair color but I think if you want to give it a try you should. Just know that it is PERMANENT.

I'll be looking forward to pics of your rinse.

And I saw Lynnie's fro. I was like wow, it looks so good!

No, nothning wrong just life gets in the way sometimes. I got moved to a new team but am doing the job I had before I was laid off last year and the job I picked up after that - 3 jobs/1 person. Some of it is starting to wind down but sometimes it all picks up at the same time and I'm SWAMPED.

I'll be looking forward to hearing about your new position once you get settle.

And I'm def patiently waiting to color....I cannot wait to do it at some point.
