Butters-N-Bars Orders

Has anyone order from Butters-N-Bars recently? If so did you receive your order and/or an email stating that your order shipped?

I placed an order on February 7th and I sent two emails (Monday and Tuesday) to see if the order would ship this week. I have not received a response to my emails or a shipment confirmation. So, I was just wondering what other people were experiencing.

Is there another website that sale similiar products?

I do know that the postal service was only picking up once a week last week because of the snow...that could be why. But I never had a problem with shipping or her responding to my emails. How did you email her? Here is the info that I use to contact her:

Also I notice that the contact us section on her site...the last time I used it I didn't receive a response. IDK

Thanks for your response. I did use the contact us section on her site the first time, and the second time I sent her an email to the address in your post.

Also, I know there are some delays because of the snow, but I just figured she could have at least responded providing a status on the order.

I will give it another day and see what happens.

I ordered something from there on the 11th on and it came in today (the 18th). I didn't receive an email regarding the shipping until yesterday. I know the snow storm most of last week, so hopefully you'll be getting your order soon.

I never received a shipment notification, but I did receive my order today...so I am happy.

she does send a confirmation of your order and when its shipped. its probably slow cuz of the snow! i ordered around the holidays and had no prob, it came faster than i thought. she's also pretty good at answering emails too! be patient, especially if u ordered after feb. 5th
