Butters n Bars Contact Info

Does anyone have a contact for Butters n Bars, other than the email address listed on their website? I've been attempting to contact them for awhile now and haven't recieved a response AT ALL. I'm a bit perturbed because this company has my money, however, I have yet to receive the product I ordered.

Update -

So I finally got a response from ButterQueen after I contacted her via her curlynikki email (she said she didn't receive the other two emails I sent directly to her website). She explained that her records show that the products WERE delivered successfully to my address, and that I should check around and see if anyone may have picked it up.

I responded letting her know that I did indeed receive a package at my home, however, it was full of the wrong products. In fact, the invoice included in the box noted that the package I received was intended for a completely different customer in a completely different state!

I noted the difference in the order number I was sent confirming my order, and the order number inlcuded on the package I received.

I haven't heard anything back from her yet, but I'll keep you ladies posted. Thanks for your help again!

O wow, dont scare me. I have ordered from them before and i did not have a problem. However i just ordered some amla oil on thursday and i am kind of nervouse because i usually get my products in like 2 days (really 2 days). I will give it until tomorrow before my radars go up.

I don't want to alarm you CrissyQ....LOL!! But we have to stay on top of these vendors. I had heard nothing but good reviews about Butters N Bars(products and shipping) which is why I chose to order from them. Unfortunately, my experience has not been a good one so far.

I'm usually pretty understanding about things like this and know that mistakes can happen, but sometimes you just have to put your foot down. I mean, when it was time for me to pay and have my money accepted, there were no technical gliches....LOL!! Now, my emails aren't reaching her AND I've been shipped someone else's order....*smh*

I think we finally got the confusion settled! Yippee!!

ButterQueen was able to look up what happened and has informed me that my items will be re-shipped immediately.

I'm glad you got everything cleared up. I placed an order with them on the 8th and have yet to recieve any type of shipping notice--that's part of the reason why I stopped shopping online, they take way too long!

Toya, I placed mine on the 9th and I have not got anything either. Like I said I NEVER had problems with them, the few times I have ordered it was right on time.

I think they have up to 7 days to process your order after you've sent it in. It took about that long for me to get a shipping confirmation. After that, my only problem is I was shipped the wrong stuff. Try contacting her via PM. I'm sure she'll respond and let you know what's up.

She has been a little under the weather maybe thats the cause in the delay. I have never had a problem with my order.

I had a similar problem with them as well. I made a big order about a month ago, received a shipping confirmation, and every time I checked the status it said the same thing for over a week, even though I only live 3hrs away from PA, I had to contact her several times by e-mail and her website, and only got a response when I told her I would be contacting paypal and my bank to have my money refunded..Needless to say the package was shipped 2 days later... Nothing else was said or done, no "I'm sorry" or "did you receive your package?" or some sort of compensation.. Needless to say, I doubt I'll be purchasing anything from her site again.
