A lady on my job said I should enjoy my TWA phase...she said I would miss it when I had length. I was looking at her thinking "she is crazy for real...I would miss my TWA when I have a head for of long hair? NOT!!!

I kind of think I will miss my current length as my hair gets longer ... I definitely plan on enjoying every length that I have because once that phase is gone, I won't get it back without cutting my hair (which I don't really wanna do). I agree with that lady - ENJOY YOUR TWA while you still have it

Thanks ladies it weird cuz every one of you I have looked at your stories and post and felt the same way. I totally appreciate having this site to help me better in my journey because I am the only one that is in my circle of family and friends that is natural so its nice to have fellow naturals to help my growth.

@KinkyNappyHappy I totally agree with your co-worker and bholmes enjoy every stage cause you can't definitely get them back. In my TWA stage I rocked wng like crazy but with a twist will post pics later.

As for my hair today is very blah cause temp. has dropped and my ends are sooooo dry feels like lil mini brillo pads . So I'm thinking I need to twist my hair back up but that is definitely a long process. So yet again I am faced with another dilema what to do? When I attempt buns most of the time they never really work out but I haven't been on youtube in a minute so maybe I can get some ideas from there. I'm so tired due to staying up late on the phone with BF. This is the first time that I have attempted a long distance relationship and it is definitely hard. My body is telling me I need a nap so talk 2 u ladies a little later.

Ok today wasn't anything exciting just rocked a messy bun but with some earrings and smile it worked But last night I looked at a video on youtube that I'm thinking of doing verdict is still out though so I will keep you guys posted. Had great curl definition but make-up made me kinda look like MJ(RIP)



Started getting bored so I dyed my hair wasn't the intial color but I loved it. FIERCE



One side up with a flower but the frohawk was my sig before I even knew what it was called it gave me edge to anything I had on like an new accessory. Eventually I dyed my hair back black cause my hair was growing like crazy so the black roots were not working.....

@ Lynnie & Tia I know right I ain't gonna lie when I first saw it I freaked out cause it definitely didn't look like the box but after a fresh line up & I put it in my sig I was in love

Okay I can't stand Thursdays cause they are always hecked @ my job. And on top of that I'm having a flare up so it makes everything even more unbearable. On the hair front I am still wearing a messy bun but by the end of the day I released it cause I was having an everlasting migraine. My ends are still horrible but since I don't feel good my hair is suffering but I hope I feel better 2moro then I will give it some pampering. I've been back on YouTube so got ideas just need time. Also question how do I get the link in my signature like you all have?

Ok so I bought some more HE TT cause I know my hair loves it even though it isn't natural. I made a new batch of my home made leave in and this is what I came up with for tonite





Pics don't really do it justice but it was a good experiment. Hope you all have a good weekend

Glad you ladies like the hair style....so yesterday I tried to do something creative but I couldn't really come up with anything so I rocked a combed out puff will post pics later cause Im posting from my iPod touch now(loove this thing). Today I want to try out the cinnamon treatment I saw on chisselle channel but depends on if I have time the wash out suppose to be really time consuming so don't want to risk it trying to do it before work tomorrow but we will see.
