So I got on to update on my accessory buys and I find out I won.
I stayed away for one day and I am totally lost....I can't believe i won . OMG so what do I do now?

I never thought I would actually win anything but thanks ladies for the congrats and the compliments. On sunday I went to the mall with my lil sis and we had soo much fun. So I ended up buying seven headbands, four flowers, two flower clips and a ring for a grand total of $22. I also bought my sister two bow headbands cause bows are her thing. My hair is still in twist and I think they are a frizzy mess but I have been getting nothing but compliments on them and my new accessories. Also today I went to turbo kick class and had a wonderful workout. So these past couple of days have been nothing but goodness and I am soooo happy. So now finding out I won something is just making my smile bigger if that is possible. I had a weekend filled with nothing but laughs and today I talked to my friend that always adds some to my day.

So I hope you lovely ladies are doing great and now I'm off to catch up.

You twist look so good!!! How do you keep them looking good and moisturized for more than a week? Mine are fuzzy by day 5 and I would love to be able to go 2wks without redoing them.

@Nhappy these twist are ridiculously fuzzy but I put a satin scarf and bonnett on at nite. These twist didn't last that long compared to my first ones not sure why yet.

In hair news I put my twist in two side flat twist & pulled the back in a bun. I will post pics later. I'm excited cause it's getting closer to my dance gig but I hope the t/o frohawk comes out right.

Thanks IB bholmes got me wanting to join her twist challenge but I'm unsure if I can stay focus still thinking.

Ok ladies today was not a good day. So I've been having health issues now for about 2 1/2 yrs but it finally started to calm down a little. Well today I had some serious abdominal pains and pain is something I have become use to unfortunately. When I looked down at my stomach and it look like I was about 4 or 5 months pregnant I freaked . The pressure was so ridiculous that it literally felt like my skin was being stretched to the max. So good thing for me is I work at my doctor's office so they saw me right away and sent me straight to xrays to look for an obstruction. Good news it came back normal, bad news they still don't know what's wrong. Which is how things has been working in my case test show nothing but my body says something is definitely wrong. My sudden change in health has definitely played a part in me paying attention to everything around me and working on being better.

Totally off subject sorry

In hair news my twist seem as though every time I look at them they just get frizzier(not sure if thats right). I try not to stress about it just put on some accessories and go. I plan on put them in some big braids and pin. Here are pics from yesterday and today

Ooooh, I love how your twists are close so you don't see any scalp!! And they are so thick!! Girl, I don't see any frizz at all ... they are beautiful!!

wow, sorry to hear about your health issues. And you are so young.
What about the a detoxification process?
Just eat fruits, vegetables and drink teas and water for 3-5 days. Cut out all other foods, especially processed foods. And start making it a point to walk or run about 30 mins a day. And see if that will regulate your body. When things like what you describe happens to our bodies, it is our bodies way of letting us know somthing is not making it happy. Whether it be due to a lack of excerise, our diet, our emotional or mental stress or all of the above.

ON THE HAIR: I don't see frizz at all. Your hair looks simply beautiful.

Sorry about the health mystery, that can be really irritating. But, you hair is gorgeous. I don't see the frizz either, but I see a lot of it in my hair and others don't , so I feel you girl.

I'm sorry about the healthy issues. I hope you can figure out what's going on soon.

Now those twist, I love them. I cant wait until I can wear my twist in a ponytail.

Thanks IB I have been thinking about doing a body detox but I didn't know how to go about it. The doctors are trying to get me on some meds but I've been that route for other issues and I prefer to fix things naturally unless it is needed to keep me alive then I will try a natural alternative. My stomach still hurts but it isn't as bad. I have already made changes in my diet but I really think something triggered my stomach problem(not sure what).

I still haven't cleared my camera memory so I'm still forced to use my phone. My scalp is giving me the blues cause it itches like crazy . So I sprayed them with my condish and water mix and braided them with my shea mix. I will spray them again tonight and unravel the braids tomorrow. Here are some pics of today's hair
