Yes it is difficult and I don't want to take pic of the same thing (i.e my kids). I know I love taking pics of them they get tired of it and would suppose others do to.

@Lynnieluve Beautiful roses, I have found that really enjoy taking pics of flowers and gardens especially in the am when there is still dew on them.

what Kind of Nikon do you have ? ....I have one too its the D90 ...I've had it since Christmas and I still don't know all the features ...lol

Took a 10 day trip through Kyushu and visited Sasebo. Loved the Kukuju islands and a Sasebo burger. How much longer there??

OH That sounds nice , yes that burger is good !!! but I love the curry here is just so good !!! We have just a little over 5 months left and I'm excited but I will miss it here especially when I have to deal with being back in the states and some one make me upset , or when I start watching the news , not looking forward to that [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

I love photography! I have a point and shoot myself (Kodak) but I am trying to save for a Canon DSLR. At that point I'll take a real photog class but for now I find free tips on the internet and my photographer friend.

Although I'd love to, I can't commit to the challenge everyday. I use to do challenges like this on a different site...I think there was a theme every week or something. Either way, I'll be checking in to see your pics and post mine when I can! I'd like to take better pics for my online store and just in general.

And like Ooop2 said, I'm all about close up shots! Some of my friends/family hate it but I think they're great! Why take a pic of people just for them to be lost in the background? I also like to take scenery pics.

Oh I have also learned to play around with my Manual mode. Pics come out better than in Auto mode. But there's just so many aspects of photographry to learn and memorize! I'm stillt trying to learn about ISO and how to use it!

I'm such a photography junkie I convinced my boss to let me be the photographer for our community garden project. Although, I only have a Canon point and shoot I've been able to get some good pics. I'm going to try and post in here. Hopefully I can save up some money for a DSLR. Here are some highlights and the full set

PS if you're looking for a free photo editing program, try GIMP. it gives you lots of controls and has cool filters.
