Wow, everyone is doing really great.
I have been watching my portion sizes and have only been drinking water. I'm still drinking a gallon or more a day.

I am down cocacolacutie. I have to just figure out how I will take care of the "girls" while doing them. I will look for the post.
I have been drinking more water, sometimes 1/2 my body weight other times almost half.
