The expiration date says 1/11/11 but it doesn't look bad or smell any different (aside from its usual smell Neutral ) Can I still use it?

I DIDNT KNOW CONDITIONER EXPIRED!

BUT THEN AGAIN I NEVER USED YES TO CUCUMBERS. TODAY IS THE 21ST, ID SAY NO. I ASSUME IT EXPIRES BECAUSE OF THE INGREDIENTS. THEN AGAIN, I DONT THINK YOUR HAIR IS GOING TO FALL OUT IF YOU USE IT EITHER.

IDK GIRL! LOL
PRAY OVER IT Very Happy

We had a discussion about that and one lady suggested that she would keep her in the fridge until she uses hers. I have 2 bottles of the tomatoes.. I plan to still use mine as long as it does not smell bad. I think that is why the bottles were so cheap because of the expiration date coming up soon.. I have YTtomatoes that has the expiration date on mine.. I got some Carrots from Ulta and Walgreens and I have no expiration date on those not sure if that is a good thing or not.. What I plan to do is use those up so It won't be too much over my expiration date.. I hope to have it used up by March I think that would be a safe date..

@Loving Me LOL "pray over it" I might just need to and I didn't know either until I saw the date but like you said it's most likely because of the ingredients. It has a lot of natural extracts and oils.

@letha Thanks for the information! I guess I'll keep using it unless it starts to turn or sour. I still have a little less than half a bottle so I don't want to waste it.

E-mail or call their customer support at
Customer Service: 1-888-92-YESTO

Yes To Cucumbers Color Care Conditioner
Aqua (Water), Cucumis Sativus (Cucumber) Extract*, Cetearyl Alcohol, Peucedanum Graveolens (Dill) Extract*, Capsicum Annuum (Green Pepper) Extract*, Maris Aqua (Dead Sea Water), Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil*, Magnesium Chloride, Chamomilla Recutita (Camomile) Extract*, Olea Europaea (Olive) Oil*, Brassica Oleracea (Broccoli) Extract*, Benzyl Alcohol, Spinacia Oleracea (Spinach) Extract, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Oil*, Calendula Officinalis Oil*, Maris Limus (Silt) Extract, Cucumis Melo (Melon) Extract*, Parfum (Fragrance), Triticum Vulgare (Wheat) Germ Oil*, Punica Granatum (Pomegranate Peel) Extract*, Lactic Acid, Centaurea Cyanus, Beta Vulgaris (Beetroot) Extract*, Olea Europaea (Olive) Leaf Extract*, Dehydroacetic Acid. Certified Organic Ingredient

I would use it as long as:

IT HASN'T SEPARATED or CLUMPED
IT DOESN'T HAVE AN OFF SCENT

I would assume the expiry date is applied because it lacks "industrial strength" preservatives.

HTH

I'm not sure the exact link to discussion but someone used what was believed to be expired YTC (yellow in color) and it dried their hair out. Nothing too extreme just enough to notice difference. Hope this helps! Smile

I had two bottles of YTCucumbers condish with 1/11/11 expiration dates. I was none to happy because I had to toss it. I was too afraid to use it after the date. I did not want to take chances. Luckily I got mine at Ross for only $3.99 but i felt like I was throwing my money away. I had used 1/2 of one bottle. Lesson learned though - no more hoarding (lol) hair products.
