Aubrey Organics GPB

If you use Aubrey Organics GPB, please tell me how you use it for optimal results. On the back of the bottle, it says it can be used after shampooing on damp hair, then rinsed out OR on dry hair as a deep conditioner, followed by shampoo and conditioner. Not sure which method to try.

I use it on damp hair as a deep conditioner and then cowash. If it's in need of a good wash, I clarify first, dc, and then cowash. Both ways leaves me and my hair happy.

When you co-wash do you use more of the GPB or do you use something else?

I use something else, usually giovanni smooth as silk

I use it once a month I cowash and then when my hair is damp I put on the GPB put a plastic cap and then my satin bonnet and off to bed I go....

Thanks, CurlyMo! The few times I used it, I did it on dry hair and had good results.

I use it.

On my dry hair I slather it on and wait about 20 minutes.
I co-wash my hair with a nice conditioner and sometimes with Honeysuckle Rose.

Then I condition my hair, normally a Organix product with SAA added to it, Wheat Protein and Amber, oh and some JBCO.

Rinse. Apply my homemade leave in and style
