Jane Carter Solution Products
I completely live by Jane Carter Nourish and Shine, but recently the product "curl defining cream" has hit the shelves. It was kinda too much for me to buy right away but I want to know if anyone has ever tried this product or any of her other products as well. What is your opinion on them?
Re: Jane Carter Solution Products
There is a thread that was posted when the product launched. I think 2 people did not like it and one person did. It may come up if you do a search.

Re: Jane Carter Solution Products
I love the Nourish and Shine. I use it to take down braids for braidouts and to give my hair a sheen, when it is lackluster. Just rub a little in my hands and apply. Also, I use it just for "nourishment" because of the exceptional butters she has chosen for the product. I like the fragrance and it lasts forever.
I tried the replenishing leave-in, but returned it b/c the consistency was too watery. I think the revitalizing condish would be more appropriate for me. I may have the names confused. Anyway, the one that is thin and watery is the one I did not like.
I have the curl defining cream and only tested it a little in the front and back of my hair and it did what it said it would do and that was on hair with other products. In warmer weather and when I have time to apply to my entire clarified head, I plan to see if it is a good choice for me.

Re: Jane Carter Solution Products
Well, I received 4 of the 1 oz. samples of JCS Curl Defining Cream and I ended up giving away 2 1/2 of them after use because I think she needs to go back to the lab on that one. Only thing I can say is, it was a good thing they were free. However, I love her Wrap & Roll foam and the Nourish & Shine pomade.

I ended up giving my curl defining cream away. That stuff made my hair feel so dry and brittle. I did email her at the time to let her know how I felt about it. I wasted $34.00 on that stuff. Oh well, you live and learn.

Re: Jane Carter Solution Products
I love the Nourish and Shine and use it to add a sheen to my hair also when it looks dull. I also like the leave-in spray which I use to spray my hair when its in twists.
Re: Jane Carter Solution Products
Though its been several years since I've used it, I do like the Nourish & Shine as well. Its a soft butter that makes a great end sealant.

i use the water-y leave-in condish as base for re-twisting/braiding and love it! i also use it to moisturize my scalp when i have in twists/braids before oiling.
