SOS Please help me Shedding horribly

For quite some time I've been shedding like crazy. Perhaps since this past summer 2010. I am not sure if it's due to my contraceptives.... Ortho tri cyc... Changes in my life due to new job, planning wedding etc. It's gotten to the point that even my ends are split. I admit I have not been so diligent or consistent with a routine. I ordered a couple things from curlmart.com to nurse it back to health.

I plan to trim my ends...
Shampoo with curls curlicious curls cleansing creme
Condition curls milkshake
Dt with myhoneychild so deep conditioner biweekly
Seal with oliveoil or coconut oil
Style in twists with curls souffle
Moisturize daily with myhoneychild organic Shea butter

The challenge is that I'm going to sweat a lot for the upcoming months bc I need to lose weight... I am just feeling depressed I honestly don't know what to do... Any suggestions will be appreciated wholeheartedly...

Hey JaysCheekyBaby.... sounds like you have a bit going on in your life right now which could cause stress and as you most likely know stress can cause shedding or breakage. I have heard that black tea rinses help.
It also sounds like you have a good plan to get your healthy. As for the sweat part, I totally understand that part too. I think you'll be ok with the sweat if you pat it dry or let it air dry and re-apply your moisturizers and sealants.
