I received my confirmation on the 17th and I still have not received my products

Wow to all the ladies that still haven't received their packages from Hairveda from CyberMonday, maybe after this incident they will revise their customer service and the way they do business as I'm sure their have been a lot of complaints thrown their way.

@TwistedCurlz hopefully u will get them b4 X-mas. The mailmain rang my doorbell @ 8am. I'm hoping it will be worth the wait for you as mine didn't pane out so well. Hey if you mutiple styling products as I did condiioners, maybe we can swap

I received my grab bag from HairVeda today finally. I received 16oz whipped jelly, 9oz cocasta shikakai hair oil, 9oz whipped creme leave-in conditioner, 16oz moist condition 24.7 daily conditioner, 4oz noinah fruit butter, and 4oz urban aroma serum. I hope that they work good in my hair.

i finally got my grab bag about 10 min ago. i got the 4oz noinah fruit butter, 16oz acai berry phyto conditioner, 9oz vatika frosting, 4oz urban aroma serum and 16 oz sitrinillah conditioner. 5 products.

i'm a tad disappointed because along with the grab bag, i ordered two 4oz noinah fruit butters and a 16oz sitrinillah conditioner. now i never used these products before but if your setting up a grab bag, why give 2 of the same 5 products in the grab bag?

@one.tru.luv that really didn't make any sense. Will you let us know how you like the vatika frosting?

You ladies got some great stuff, but yeah that doesn't make sense to give you two of the same products.

@one.tru.love sounds like you and I got the same grab bag w/the exception of the serum (i got a soap). I too am disappointed. I thought the supreme (30)grab bag meant you would get a little of everything(ie styling, conditioning, shampoo, and body products). Why would you send 3 conditioning products and no styling or poos. JMO!

i just played with the vatika frosting and i absolutely LOVE it!!! this will definitely be a staple. let me tell you how i just played around with it.

i wore a bun yesterday when i got my trim. i used a goody detangling brush when i got home to check the length. the length is still there *yay* and i put it in 2 big twists. i took them down and fluffed them out to see how big it could get. i put my fingers in the vatika frosting and ran them across my hair and i'm amazed. the shine is amazing. my hair was already soft because of the qhemet moringa tree conditioner but now i can't stop molesting my hair! wow! and not to mention it smells like buttercream frosting...mmmm!! this has automatically become a staple within the few minutes it took for me to put it in my hair.

i hope these sitrinillah's are good because i'll be using these for a while.

and my word, they have the vatika frosting on sale for $8...i'm such a product whore...SEND HELP!!

LMBO! You are hilarious... I want to try it but I have so many things right now and I said I'm not going to buy anything else for awhile so I'll just live vicariously through you right now...

- Amala Deep Cleanse Shampoo 9oz
- Whipped Creme Ends Hydration leave in conditioner 9oz
- Whipped Gelly 6.3 oz
- Vatika Frosting 9oz

I also ordered Sitrinillah deep conditioner, Cocasta shikakai oil (love this stuff), and the 2 step protein treatment.

I hope this stuff was worth the loooooonnnnggg wait!!

I'm going to have to order the vatika frosting. I didn't get that in my $30 grab bag I hope the products that I have will work great in my hair because if not, I will definitely have to get rid of them. I said that I wasn't buying anything else, but I have to try the vatika frosting......smh

@TwistedKurlz I got a vatika frosting if u wanna get rid of that whipped gelly. I'm in Houston, I can guarantee u'll get it faster than from HV. LOL

@thenaturalmo I've never tried any of their products before, so I will see how it works first, but if my hair doesn't like it, we can surely switch if you would like to.

Okay, so far everything that I have used in my HairVeda grab bag, I loveeeeeee. Oh my goodness, I don't even know where to begin and end. I won't be purchasing any more products for a few months because I am on a PJ Rehab Challenge, but I can still swap products. I hope that one day, I will get to swap a product so that I can try the vatika frosting. I love everything that I have now, but I am not sure about re-ordering from them because I can't stand having to wait a month for my products to be delivered.

Let me know what your experiences are with the HairVeda products.

I used the strinillah dc yesterday. I added a little apricot kernel oil and put a conditioning cap on overnite. I washed this morning and I will say my hair was like Butta when I detangled. I have put in some twists w/my CD loc butter (new purchase also). I'll leave the twist in for a few days and do a twist out and see what I get.
