Pre Poo when doing a co wash???

I had a quick question. I know alot of women pre poo their hair when shampooing, does it make sense to do so if you are co washing? Ok before you dime this as a silly question lol The reason why I ask, is because the reason to pre poo is to keep some moisture in your hair even though you shampooing but I read up on the hygral fatigue to you hair and how pre poo can help with the swelling of the hair. So wouldn't it be wise to pre poo anytime you saturate your hair in the shower / sink??? A little confused.

I prepoo sometimes when I cowash; especially if I have been especially hard on my hair. I don't think there's necessarily any wrong way or wrong time to prepoo. Do what works best for your hair.

I only use conditioners and from time to time I pre-poo first. There absolutely nothing wrong with your question, like Ambitious_Tiff said just do what works for your hair.

Thanks guys! Yea I tried it a a couple times when I washed and it worked out great for my hair so I was just wondering if I could do the same with a co wash. Will do!
