Re: CO -WASH
Cowash is when you use conditioner to wash your hair instead of shampoo. Not too sure about pre-poo. I believe its when you do some type of treatment to your hair before you actually wash it. Like with oils and/or conditioners. Hopefully someone else will jump in here with better definitions for you. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Re: CO -WASH
Depends on how oily, sweaty, etc. your hair and scalp gets between washes and rinses. I usually co-wash every other day to remove some product buildup. If I've been using a lot of products though and it doesn't rinse off with conditioner alone, I'll use a gentle shampoo on occasion.

Re: CO -WASH
My hair is very dry and sucks up moisture. Should I just co-wash once a week?

Re: CO -WASH
It really depends on how quenched your hair gets from your products you use and from your conditioning methods. Some who do wash n gos alot co wash daily or 2-3 times a week. You may also need to focus more on deep conditioning than co-washing...Hope This Helps

Re: CO -WASH
@Diva... Thanks. Yeah I think I should stop co-washing because as soon as my hair gets wet in the shower, hair starts falling out? like wth? Lol.
