What do you wash with?

What do you wash your hair with? No Poo? Cleansing Conditioner? Homemade stuff? What brand? Recipe?

Dr bonners magic soap. I use it on my face too. It does wonders for my acne and I've only been using it a week.

I used to use dr bronners esp when I had locs. Now my fave is mild surfactant shampoo (i.e. Shea Moisture moisture retention shampoo) or co washing with a cleansing conditioner like trader joe's tea tree tingle.

I still love dr bronners for my skin tho! Absolutely awesome!

Aubrey Organics.
White Camelia is my favorite. Lots of conditioning/moisturizing ingredients.
Evening Primrose soothes my scalp.
JAY treats my hair with jojoba, aloe & herbs, etc.

Dr. Bronner's or black soap

im transitioning still and i wash my hair with african black soap because i don't like shampoo , and i used jane carter conditioner , i also used it as a deep conditioner im in the market for a new conditioner but in the mean time i use and intend to deep condition with natural product i have 2 recipes im trying avocado , honey, EVOO and bananas , honey EVOO , i use giovanni direct leave in witch i mix witl aloe vera juice , olive oil or castor oil ... i also sometimes use suave naturals the coconut one ,

I have a twa. I mostly co-wash with Suave Damage Care (the conditioner I had on hand when I decided to go natchral) or Herbal Essence Hello Hydration. Every 2 or 3 weeks I wash with one of several Chagrin Valley shampoo bars that I have.

I use some kind of carrot shampoo bar from Afroveda. I've also used Giovanni tea tree shampoo (something like that). I'm not big on shampoo and I'm still looking for one I really like. I want to try the SheaMoisture shampoo and black soap.

Shampoo: Suave Professionals Almond & Shea Butter *sulfate* (diluted with water, Aloe Vera gel, and a cap full of vegetable oil)
Conditioner: Suave Professionals Almond & Shea Butter

Clarifying shampoo: Organic Apple Cider Vinegar & Rosemary rinse (used once monthly for 30 minutes)
Other cowash conditioners I use: Aussie Moist, Suave Naturals Tropical Coconut, Tresemme Naturals Nourishing Moisture

Shampoo: VO5 moisture milks passion fruit smoothie (sulphate) or Elasta QP Creme Conditioning shampoo (sulphate free)

Conditioner: Suave Naturals Tropical Coconut Conditioner or White Rain Apple Blossom Conditioner.

Shampoo: Herbal Essences Hello Hydration 2in1 Shampoo & Conditioner

Co-wash (weekly washes): Alikay Naturals Cowash Me Cleansing conditioner

Rinse-out conditioner: Alikay Naturals Caribbean Coconut Milk conditioner

Leave-in conditioner: Homemade spritz (bit of vegetable glycerin and extra virgin coconut oil in a lot of water) sealed with avocado oil. Also enjoyed the Alikay Naturals Lemongrass Leave-in

Deep conditioner: Aubrey Organics Honeysuckle Rose conditioner

Shampoos: I wash weekly using Suave Naturals Tropical Coconut & Suave Professionals Shea & Almond.

Clarifing Shampoo: VO5 Herbal Escapes Clarifying Kiwi Lime.

I always prepoo before washing since they have sulfates.

Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine Shampoo or Creme of Nature Ultra Moisturizing....I usually pre poo with a hot oil treatment or just some Suave conditioner.

I use Elasta QP Creme Conditioning Shampoo and Suave Clarifying poo to clarify. I may try black soap at some point, but I'm trying to not get too crazy with trying new products so frequently.

Raw black soap. It's great for my skin too!
