@splitsun- LMAO- facebook! I'm so addicted! I try to stay out of all the drama on facebook. My page has no updates, other than my game info! I go on facebook to play games- cafe world- mafia wars and sorority life! I know, I have no life!

Also my cousin has a Kindle nd to be honest if they weren't so HIGH, I would get one! But then again, maybe not. I like the feel of turning a page rather than scrolling down!

I really don't know what to wear when its cold (I'm usually really into fashion). Its all so confusing. Note: I live in New Orleans its hardly cold but oh when it is, its freezing!

I know what you're talking about, the kindle seems like I'm trying read a book on my work computer. I've just seen them in the store and 1. it's too expensive for my tastes and 2. there is nothing like pulling a book out my purse and flipping to the page I marked a week ago. Knowing me I would forget to charge it and wouldn't be able to read my book.

lol! I agree Ntcm. I love making lil dog ears quickly before I get to my stop and running my fingers along the pages quickly right after I buy a new one to get that "new book" smell.

I also would need to think about updating the kindle, malfunctions, charging, screen light (can't read too much on screen), etc. The price is also a huge deterrent.

@Nikki I did not go back to get any products. After my trip to the mall I went to trader joes and called it a day.

LOL I do the same thing! I used to be more social on FB but now I just go on to play cafeworld, farmville & now petville. It's pathetic but I actually enjoy it .

Well ladies, I henna'ed, dt'ed (albeit short), and I'm now braided up. I ended up doing a short henna yesterday (4 hours), 30 minute DT, and set my hair in twists. I slept on them, brushed it out today and braided it up using Oyin Burnt Sugar. I don't plan on wetting my hair again for 2 weeks. We'll see how this goes

I'm so out of it... I woke up thinking it was Sunday!

I met Joe Torry and Kandi Burruss last night. I took pics, but not liking them, but at least my TNC was nice, lol

@ dajewel, Tuki is part owner of Sistasplace.com. I'm a supporter, but they pissed me off yesterday. They were supposed to have store hours from 12-2. I got there at 12:30 and left at 1, and she was no where to be found She didn't even call the shop to say she was running late or not coming. Sucky.

@enchantment, Joe Torry's mom goes to my church in STL. They're from there. At midnight mass (I'm catholic) him and his entourage would show up in shades. Hilarious. His mom is a trip, with a capital T.

I'm assuming I'll get one of those pics for Fierce Friday next week?!

Oh, today is my hubby's birthday. I made a breakfast quiche and a chocolate birthday cake! He had to go work a toy drive and I've crawled back in the bed. When he calls to say he is on the way back home, I will jump in the shower, lol
