BLOG FOR CURLY TEENS

I have been dabbling with the idea of starting a blog just for us curly teens. However I would love some help on ideas as to what you guys would love to see featured. It can be anything which pertains to us. This idea is long since overdue as the trials and tribulations of a curly teen are just so different. Plus who better to start a blog for curly teens than a newly curly teen.

So any takers to embark on this journey with me. I would love to have someone to help me with the technical stuff, like design etc.

Also, you guys leave ideas on things to be featured, style ideas i.e what would you like the site to look like etc?

what I'd really love is a banner for the site

I'm thinking cartoonish characters of a bunch of curly haired trendy looking females of different shades and hair textures I love the cartoon girl you have how did you get it?

Feel free to PM me at any time to give me an idea/s. I want as much involvement as possible

I drew the girl on my banner then scanned her. Then I uploaded her to adobe photoshop. I even made it so that I can change her hair and outfits

It'd sooo want to be apart of this. Since I'm transitioning and many girls need tips, especially if your a teen and transitioning, on what styles you can do by your self.

I hear ya gurl will add that to the list

Also what do you guys think about a how to mix your own products post for curlies on a budget or who cant get their hands on the expensive stuff.

I also have a blog, so if you have any html-ing or photoshop-ing issues, I'd be glad to try and help.
I think you should also include a forum or chat room of some sort.

I thought so too and the chat room is pretty easy. I found a site that will allow me to do it for free.

The blog is the hard part. I'm not sure which blog service to use. I'm thinking using a free one first then buying the domain name. I want a service that will allow for a seamless transition. Also, i want one that allows easy creation of the site and customisation. I'm thinking of contacting Nikki to ask her how she started it all. So lost right now!

I'd recommend blogger. Thats what I use and with some html work, you can pretty much customize it however you want.

I could do something on dealing with your parents disapproval. My mother has 2a-c hair and she still feels the need to straighten her hair every day.
