Hello All,

I am still a rookie to all of this. I BC'd September 25, 2010 and am learning new things everyday. However, I have not seen anything on what products to use in order to remove the chlorine and/or other damaging chemicals from hair after swimming. I am trying to postpone incorporating lap swimming back into my work-out until I have a definitive product regimen. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

I swim once a week and once I'm done I rinse my hair with water, co wash, then do an apple cider vinegar rinse. The rinse clarifies your hair. You'll smell like a salad for a little while but the smell will go away.
