Heat Protectant?
Anyone know of a good heat protectant I can use to straighten my hair? I haven't straightened in three months and I wanna do a length check.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Rustic Beauty on YouTube uses Silk Elements. She has a video showing how her hair reverted back after using it.

I saw somewhere that grapeseed oil is a great heat protectant. I went out and bought some, then decided I wouldn't use heat anymore. It's also a great hair and skin moisturizer, so I didn't waste any money.

I also used Fantasia Heat protectant serum the one time I straightened my hair and it worked very well. I didn't experience any heat damage.

It only takes a little. The first section I flat iron was greasier than others until I learned it only takes a "dot" for about a 1 inch section. I plan to do a flat iron YT vid soon. Maybe next week.

Re: Heat Protectant?
So does this help against humidity? I tried to straighten my hair about a month ago and as soon as I went outside my hair went "poof"!I would like to straighten my hair, but I do not want to do all that work and not enjoy it for even an hour.
Re: Heat Protectant?
@abovealltherest It really doesnt. It was humid todayand my hair went poof! The first day it was nice and soft and smooth and now its a big puffball so I think i'm just gonna wash it out. I'm glad to see my hair has grown though
