Can anyone tell me if they use vitamins for hair growth? If so, what kind and where can I get some!

I'd recommend starting with a woman's multi- vitamin, but I hear many people use prenatal, Biotin, and MSM vitamins. Before you select which vitamin do some research just incase Smile

Def take a multivitamin and Biotin.

Biotin thickens hair (roots) and keeps hair strong and prevents it from cracking off

I've seen it in the vitamin aisle at Walmart and at the GNC store.
