Apple Cider Vinegar

so I want to do a ACV (apple cider vinegar) rinse on my braids because i feel like i have a lot of oils and product build up but i have a few question.....

can i use regular ACV or does it have to be organic ( from whole food)???

how much water should i add to ACV?

would it be harming to my braids?

oh yea and ladies would you suggest I wash my braids every week (well co-wash), I've been doing this for the past 2 weeks and notice my braids are looking older faster????? but I do want to keep my hair healthy so i don't mind if they look old but is it really necessary while my hair is in braids???
