Re: Kinky Curling Cream by Hair Rules
Hey 4EverNatural. I tried a sample bottle of this that I picked up at Ulta for about $10.00.
Pros - My little curls and waves were REALLy defined. They have a certain way that they want you to apply and use the product for maximum effect.
Cons - The ingredients on the list are HORRIBLE and a natural's kryptonite. Also, the product was extremely drying to my hair.
It's worth a try to see if you like it, but I'm glad I only coughed up dough for a sample and not a huge bottle.

What's in it? Mineral oils? Maybe would be cool if you washed it right back out after a day?
Re: Kinky Curling Cream by Hair Rules
Thank you Ladies, I will pass on buying yet another curl defining product.

I've used it, and it made my 4b curls more like 4f curls! It made my hair really kinky looking. I gave it away.

I've used it and love it. I've had no issues with it. I don't use it everyday (I use too in the beginning because I loved the way my hair looked). But it also depends on your hair and how it reacts to certain products. Mineral Oil is not a bad thing if used in moderation. My hair doesn't react adversely to mineral oil. I definitely say give it a shot or try the conditioner. Its not a leave it, but I've left it in my hair for a day or 2 without issue and my curls were defined.

I use it but in moderation. So far its the best product ive found for defining my curls (KCCC...well since i have nothing positive to say about it I'll keep my mouth shut lol) it doesnt dry my hair out and i havent seen/felt any negative result but i am very cautious of what i put in my hair and, as mentioned, since the ingredients aren't the greatest, I try not to use it too much...also its crazy expensive to be using everyday! lol
