Ok, so what is a Twist & Curl?

I think I have tried a version of it during the winter where I would wash, twist, and set on flexy rods, but what are the instructions to an actual Twist & Curl? I will try it next month probably. I am rediscovering braid outs right now.

PS, I must say that I am enjoying this site as it's a blessing. I was getting tired of my hair and was thinking about braids or something.
