Protein Empty Protein

For the past few week's everything I've used had protein in it. I believe i'm protein sensitive because my hair is SOOO DRY AND BRITTLE. This week, I stopped using all those products and start using products with no protein. How long will it take my hair to get back "normal"??

I did not know that the Suave Naturals Coconut condish had protein in it and I was wearing it out! I stopped about 2 weeks ago (because I ran out) and my hair has never been healthier. I did not know it had protein.
