Honey, tea, and henne Empty Honey, tea, and henne

I haven't started henne(ing) as yet, but I hope to within a month. I've noticed alot of you are using honey along with the henna and other liquid such as green tea...is this 'raw' honey that you are using? And is the tea just regular green tea that you would find in any grocery store?

I did use raw honey and the tea was from the grocery store. I went ofind some "real" green tea that was loose leaf but it was $35 for a half a pound and I decided to just get the Bigelow brand and leave it at that!
