Hello all,

It has been suggested that I do an AVC rinse on kind of refresh my hair and get rid of build-up. Will this rinse strip my hair of my henna treatment that I did about two weeks ago? I like to cleane with vinegar so I now it can remove some tought stains on tile. I am kind of scared that I will get "straw hair" or make the dryness worse.

No I don't think an ACV rinse will do your hair any harm. I henna once a month and do an ACV rinse every other week probably and my hair's been fine. Obviously everyone's hair is different but personally I haven't suffered any ill effects. HTH!

i do an acv rinse when i feel like my hair needs it and i havnt had any problems.
