To co-wash or nor to co-wash?

I've been transitioning for 6 months and I want to know is it bad for your hair if you co-wash everyday of should you stick to something more like once a week?

I wouldn't advise you to cowash everyday but at least 2-3 times per week. I currently cowash once a week and I shampoo once a month. Daily cowashing may strip your hair and scalp of their natural oils and perhaps dry your scalp out. Use a sulfate-free, no-cone conditioner for best results. I like Herbal Essence Hello Hydration.
