GNC (General Nutrition Store) has peppermint and rosemary. I don't know about castor oil and real coconut oil. most grocery stores have the bleached kind of coconut oil. check out health food stores for e oils.

what about pre poo with extra virgin olive oil? that is in most grocery stores. it's thick, can be mixed with water, shaken hard in a container (to mix), if you want to thin it out.

Any store like Akins, HealthFoods, or any place that sells things to vagans or people who choose to use all natural products...

If you can not find them locally in your area, you can purchase all four at iherb.com

Essential Oils? Empty Re: Essential Oils?

just make sure whatever oils you buy, they are essential oils and not fragrant oils. i read the best (most natural) ones are steam distilled and come in dark glass bottles. I have pretty much shopped from all of the stores and online stores mentioned above and they are all good. I wouldn't buy any from random unknown companies on ebay though. Farmers Markets and some natural food stores also sell them.
