Aphogee's Essential Oils Empty Aphogee's Essential Oils

Post by xoxo 28th December 2009, 2:43 am

Has anyone ever tried this with good results?

I bought this when I first started my hair journey, but didn't really know how to use it. Now that I'm a oil junkie, lol I'm thinking of going back to it.

Hi napRealness,

I use the Aphogee Essential Oil as a hot oil treatment before shampooing (pre-poo) and it works great for me.

I oil my scalp, massage the oil in, apply some on the hair, apply a plastic cap and sit under a hooded dryer for 10-20 minutes. Shampoo with (Creme of Nature Moisturizing Shampoo - old green label bottle). Proceed to regular styling method. (Note: If I run out I use: 2 tbsp Now Castor Oil, 2tbsp Now Grapeseed Oil, 2tbsp Now Jojoba Oil, 2tbsp Spectrum Coconut Oil mix all together and apply as a hot oil treatment.) Hope this helps.
