MY HAIR IS THINNING!!! HELP!!!!!

So I just washed my hair and noticed that is thinning in the front more on the right side than the left. WHAT CAN I DO TO STOP THIS???
I shampooed and conditioned w/ trader Joe's tea tree tingle. then i sometimes deep condition w/ hello hydration for about 30 min, rinse. my style of choice lately has been flat twists. i do use coconut oil or jojoba oil to moisturize. i haven't really been stressed or anything like that. WHAT IS WRONG?
Should i switch up my regime and products?
ANY AND ALL ADVICE IS WELCOMED & NEEDED!!!!
