Hair Growth Shake

Ok Natural ladies I have been drinking the shake since June 10th along with taking some prenatal vitamins and I have notices some serious strength and growth in my nails. I know this is about hair but I am amazed at how long and strong and my nails have become. I have never had this be the case before in my life. On the other note my hair feels soft shiny and healthy. I am really excited. I am going to get senagalese twist in the next few weeks so I will be able to see the growth better. I am encouraging people to drink this even if it is just for helth reasons!!!

I've been drinking the shake for over a month everyday and I'm not sure if I've noticed a significant amount of growth, but I have lost weight, my nails are stronger and longer and my skin is clearer. I drink the shake for breakfast, I do not use the germ oil, and I also add flax seed to my drink. I love this shake even if he doesn't make my hair grow!

I'm SOOOOO going to try this.
