Hey ladies,

I am 25 years old. The one thing that I love about big hair is the ability to wear big hair accessories. My favorite headband has a big black satin bow. My other favorite headband is purple with a big silk purple flower. Are there some hair acessories that are too young? Am I too old to wear flowers and bows? lol I don't think you're too old. Some women can really pull off anything. I guess it depends if it goes with your personal style. I'm kind of plain jane so I know I couldn't pull off a bow.

no way jose! I am about to be 32 and i love rocking bows, flowers, colorful headbands etc. people say they i look younger then what i am, but i think it is in my personality. like the pics tia posted a flower or shiny bow can bring out a simple do, without alot of effort.

I just turned 40 last week and I rocked my flowers every chance I get. My daughter and I are going to make some hair accessories this weekend. Wish us luck..lol [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

I agree with NikG...it depends on your personal style. I am kinda a plain jane too and I would feel silly with a bow on. But I've seen some other naturals with bows and it looks great!!

My daughter and I made flower clips for me, and flower headbands for her. I get a compliment every time I wear one. NEVER too old Very Happy
