Flowers in the Hair

For the summer, I wore a flower everyday. Now that it is winter, I put my flowers up.

I was noticing that another poster was stating she wore a flower. She pinned up her hair and placed a flower in it.

Is it ok to wear flowers in the winter. I love my flowers and if you guys say ok! I will put my flower in my hair tomorrow!

I say go for it! I just bought my daughter a big flower for her hair and I plan on putting it to good use soon! lol

Thanks Nik! I really do love my flowers. A lady at the mall. asked me was I old enough to know Diana Ross from Lady Sings the Blues. I was like my mom watched that thing all the time! She told me you remind me of that! Rock that flower! I have a flower for every color shirt I own! I will be pulling it out tomorrow!

My birthday is next week and I'm having a party and will be rocking my flower!!

@ enchantment- happy bday early girl! The Dollar Tree! I love to go in there and get flowers! I think the only color I dont have is blue! That is cause I dont own a blue shirt!

its so cold now...i NEED some summer in my life so i wear some flowers.
in the morning, if it hasnt started to snow yet, im running to dollar tree.

In my HUMBLE opinion I say a flower in the hair in the Winter isn't that big of a deal. But I would perfer a shiny, glitter clips or barbie pins with pretty accents as an alternative.

I make my own flower hair clips, since I can never find any good ones in the stores. I just find a pair of pretty fake flowers, and glue-gun them onto a hair clip. I always make two of every flower in case I want to wear pigtails with them. For a whooole week I wore a different flower to school everyday, and I was known as the 'flower-child'. I really want to get new ones, because they just brighten up a rainy winter day in SC.

I was wondering the same thing. I only have one flower hair clip. I made it myself but I still have not worn it yet.
