so, i tried oooop2's method to refresh my fuzzy twists...it was ok. i am happy to say that i didn't un twist my hair this week. i have just been refreshing with diluted giovanni 50:50 condish and shea butter. and am good to go. i will be untwist this weekend, wear for a day, finger detangle, co-wash and serious deep condish with some oils, egg and some condish. so, that means that i have had my hair twisted up for a month.

Anyway... I co-washed and DC and detangled yesterday and twisted up last night... I had a vision in my head but I am not sure that I conveyed it right but oh well... There will be a lot of trial and error... Anywhooo.... Here are the end results....

I practiced a lot during my transition. I still have some improving to do with my flat twist. I also watched a lot of YouTube videos and stock this forum like crazy! I was so excited about rocking my natural hair and now that I am, I'm having fun with it!

Hey yall, I'm still twisted up!!!!. Yall are looking great by the way. I actually managed to wear my last set of twists for 2weeks and hopefully this set will last two weeks as well.

Oh, almost forgot, I went to a natural hair workshop this weekend and learned a few things about caring for natural hair. But I found it funny that a lot of the women asked if I was a stylist and who did my hair. And the stylist that hosted the event asked if I was interested in becoming a stylist. I DC'ed last night and Im trying a new shea mix that i came up with...so this is week 2 for me...
I tried to do a little something different with the twists this time by making them smaller and doing a few flat twists in the front

My hair has been in four plaits all weekend. Yesterday and today hidden underneath my wig. Tonight I will twist for the week. Hopefully, I can get a good photo tomorrow.
