Re: What did you buy in March '10?
All the real PJ's please stand up...please stand up....LOL
anyway, here is what I purchased this month (so far, there are still a few more days left)
Ecostyler clear
Kinky Curly Curling Custard
Qhemet Biologics Amla & Honey Heavy Cream
Qhemet Biologics Burdock Root & Butter Cream
Qhemet Biologics Olive & Honey Hydrating Balm
Qhemet Biologics Honeybush Tea Soft Gel
Vegetable Glycerin
Rosewater
Castor Oil
Jojoba oil
Lustrasilk Shea & Mango conditioning treatment
Herbal Essences Set Me Up Gel
Giovanni Smooth as Silk Conditioner
Nubian Heritage Frankincense & Myrrh Shea Butter
V05 Strawberries & Cream conditioner
Henna & Indigo
Suave Coconut conditioner
Suave Apple conditioner
Butters-n-bars Grow My Hair butter
Butters-n-bars conditioning hair masque
Butters-n-bars Ayurvedic Vatika Oil
Denman brush & scalp massager
Okay...this is ridiculous. I am not buying anything else. I am on a self-imposed PJ strike. I will use up what I have monitoring what works and doesn't work for my hair. Wow! I wonder how much I have spent. I definitely need to sloooooow down on all my hair splurges. But it is kind of fun. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

WOW DvaAuNaturel, where do you keep it all, lol
Okay so I bought:
Shea butter
Hemp Seed Oil
Lavender Oil
Peppermint Oil
Tangerine Oil
Aloe Vera Gel
3 Giovanni 50:50 shampoos (on sale at Walmart for $4! only the one close to my house tho)
Burt's Bees More Moisture Raspberry and Brazil Nut Conditioner
Organix Coconut Shampoo (boooo!, who in the world puts cones in a shampoo)
Sauve Coconut Conditioner
Komaza Care Coconut Curl Hair Lotion (sample)
Komaza Care Califia Leave in Conditioner (sample)

@Ms.Fenty-good story. I'm going to use that too. LOL!
My sister asks the same thing about where am I going to store stuff everytime a package is delivered. But she is also sticking her fingers in trying things. As soon as I get home she's like, that gel did this or that oil made my hair feel ___.
I cleaned out some room in the bathroom to store some stuff but my vanity is overflowing. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

I purchase a few things from LuvNaturals (Kimmaytube's business)
Banana clips
headbands
I probably could have found the same things locally but I love Kimmaytube that much...had to support the business!! [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Re: What did you buy in March '10?
Before I fess up, my birthday is in March, so I use that as an excuse to spend what little dollars I have as treats to myself throughout the month. I am an amateur kitchen mixtress junkie and needed to get new supplies ( I ran out of a lot of stuff all at once!), so here goes:
shea butter
avocado butter
black soap
castille soap
olive oil
avocado oil
jojoba oil
sweet almond oil
Sweet orange essential oil
ylang ylang essential oil
Trader Joe's Nourish conditioner
Trader Joe's Tea Tree Tingle shampoo
Trader Joe's Tea Tree Tingle conditioner
vegetable glycerin
aloe vera juice
flaxseeds-( tried to make gel. will never do that again)
Eco styler gel olive(I couldn't resist any longer. Don't think I care for it either)
A fakey Denman by Conair (couldn't find the Goody one anywhere and can't bring myself to spend on a real Denman, especially if I wasn't sure I'd like it)
If I could've found the Suave Almond and Shea conditioner I would've gotten that too!
I don't feel too terrible(yes I do) about my list. I try to make everything I need for my hair, face, and body, except the store bought conditioners, and I have a 3 year old natural little lady as well with a head full of curls!

Re: What did you buy in March '10?
I've been natural for several years now but finally just made the decision to really learn how to take care of my hair & to come up with a regimen that works for me. With that in mind, I bought:
- ApHogee Shampoo for Damaged Hair
- ApHogee 2 Minute Reconstructor
- ApHogee Balancing Moisturizer
- ApHogee Pro-Vitamin Leave In Conditioner
- Silk Elements Megasilk Heat Protection Spray
- Argan (Moroccan) Oil
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil (granted, I did buy this for cooking but I may use some in my hair...)
- CHI Silk Infusion
- Magnetic Rollers
- Butterfly Clips
.....& I got the following for free! (from my mom's house)
- Jamaican Black Castor Oil
- Hask Placenta Spray
Ummmm...ya. I think that's it
